A true Jedi has faced their darkness and moved through it, incorporating their shadow self into their whole of being. This is a difficult thing and can require several passings in order to become whole.

Unfortunately, many people simply deny or try to suppress their shadow and this never works for us. The shadow then comes out in ways that we do not expect or want.

We need is a way to explore and move through our shadow without letting these "negative" emotions get the better of us.

Emergency Preparedness is a Forum where we can discuss survival, response, and preparation for emergencies. This year has seen major earthquakes, floods, tsunami's and volcanoes who knows what the future holds for us. One thing we do know and that is a few minutes before these tragedies struck people were worrying about school work, grocery lists, and tending the garden and not about what to do in an emergency. Jedi should be prepared for such emergencies and not begin thinking about them as the houses are falling down around them.
